ADP Payroll System
The ADP Payroll system is a web-based payroll processing program. It was adopted by Bennington College in July 2017. It is currently being used by Buildings and Grounds and Dining Hall staff. It will eventually be used by all staff members. It is currently being used in conjunction with the previous method of operation concerning
How it works:
Human Resources adds the employees to the system. Upon being added, the employees receive an email to their Bennington email address.
The email contains a link to the ADP login site, login credentials which include a username and a registration code. The username is in the format : first initial+last name@benncoll
Once the user is logged in they have to enter the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number, answer 3 security questions and create a password.
Employees can then build their profiles.
